I honestly hate to leave reviews like. The woman that took my order and served my phone was an absolute stick in the mud. She took issue with everything I said and did. She didn’t like the way I ordered my meal and had to correct me several times. She called my number “31” and when I walked up basically turned me away with no words and acted like I was crazy. When my order came up, it was ofcourse 31 yelled again. I found it ironic how she wished the two customers before me to have a nice day and not a single word was exchanged to me. I’m very polite and would love to know what the issue was.

Last week I’ve eaten here three times, so was surprised to see this location has such a low rating. Because my overall experience was very good, except for slightly slow service, have had no problems. The food has always come out hot, the employees have been friendly each time, and (despite a messy table or two) there have been plenty of clean tables available. For me it surely is 4/5 one point less because, while good overall, there is always some room for improvement.

Ordered online. That was a waste. Waited 20 minutes, and showed up 10 minutes after my pick-up time (thinking I was giving plenty of time) and they hadn’t even started it at all. Gave no apologies, just made me wait 20 more minutes while people who had ordered AFTER me got their food before me. I was on my lunch break, so I’d purposefully ordered ahead to ensure I would be in and out. I was 20 minutes late after this. On top of that, they got the order entirely wrong. Shorted both meals on chicken (it is NOT hard to count to 4 or 6, so there’s no excuse for this), I paid for a large fry, but got a medium. Paid for a large Dr pepper, but got a medium coke. Was not given any of the sauce requested, just a whole lot of gravy. I do not feel these mistakes were accidental, and were instead their attempt to keep the line moving at the expense of their customers (just throw food at them and they’ll leave, who cares if it’s right). This is also not the first time; I’ve had many similar experiences. This is the last time they will steal my money. I will not make the mistake of stopping here again.

I got the Original Single Burger Combo. It was VERY abvious they heated the burger in a microwave! The bun edges and cheese edges were hard. And the burger was so hot that it burnt my tongue. My son got bacon/cheese double, and it was completely fresh.

Only 2 things wrong. They didn’t toss my son’s chicken strips in BBQ sauce, so had to fix that. And the menu was way different. Everything had a different name. I’m use to hungr buster, or belt buster and stuff like that, but theirs were simply bacon cheeseburger, either double or triple.
