Oh what delightful food! I would easily slot it as one of, if not the best BBQ in the area. The wings are cooked to perfection. The cheese steak was delightful (add some hot peppers!), fries are delicious, mac salad is creamy, and the coleslaw is great. Kids meals are a great value (I snuck some of it for myself… I was not disappointed they were full).

I forgot to take pics of everything we ordered but it was ALL DELICIOUS. We ordered sliders, wings, a burger, oinky fries, regular fries, coleslaw, and the brisket sandwich. No matter what you order, you will not be disappointed. Fat Mama is super sweet and her food is the best thing in Oshkosh!!!

Warm, welcoming and sweet as southern tea. Mama was the Starr of the place! The brisket was plentiful, tender, juicy and delicious! My nephew had the corned beef and after seeing his, that’s my next try here. Chunky meaty and tender. Cozy place with delicious food. Will definitely be back. It’s one of those places you want to try everything on the menu.

Shrimp po boy and the sauce is amazing. Seriously Fat Mamaa’s is one of the best things to come to Oshkosh in a while. Shiequane’s infectious energy is as addictive as her hot sauce! Oh and did I mention there’s free Kool Aid?!

Definitely a hidden treasure! Wish I could give it more stars than 5! Love the authentic soul food! The owner is a kind lovely lady and great with kids! We had a late lunch with our youngest daughter who was super excited about the free Kool aid with dine in 🙂 My husband got the oink oink fries with beef brisket and the meat just melted in your mouth! It was tender and juicy and the fries were crisp and piping hot! I got the chicken oink oink fries. The chicken was tender and juicy and fresh! The fries were smothered in delicious sauce and cheese and she even put my jalapenos on the side. Also got cornbread that was hot and fresh and damn near perfect! Our daughter got the kids meal which was a hefty helping of fresh fries and a pulled pork sandwich. She loved it and wanted to save some for later “cause it’s so good” Most definitely will be coming back and often!!!! Delicious to the very last bite!!!

Listen. Mama knows what she is doing! She is an amazing warm and friendly entrepreneur that is so very good at what she does. We stopped in for soul food Sunday and got chicken and ribs to go. Everyone at the table loved every morsel. The meat was tender, juicy, salty, tangy, smoky, sweet, and all in the right order. We will definitely be back once we wash the sauce off!
