The Ridge has become a family favorite place to dine. The place is casual and comfortable – a hidden gem. The staff are really friendly and make the dining experience fun. And the food is good. I had the Chislic which was perfectly seasoned. We will keep coming back!

The ridge is one of those hidden gems you that you need to discover. The staff is as about as friendly as it gets. As for the food, I have had a few things and have always been happy, but the burgers are what will keep me going. I live no where near this place, but any time I find myself in the area of Brookings I take the extra 20 mins for atmosphere.

Was such a pleasure stopping here. Very (VERY) small town, small, nice, rustic restaurant. People were pleasnt, service was good, was a surprise how many were in there enjoying their lunch. This was a very nice experience. Had a BLT, and it was great.

Good food but the owners ( not the staff) are very obviously prejudice and rude towards certain people. Got pre warned before I went, Even when trying to go out of your way to be extra friendly and show extra courtesy towards them. Also giving more of a tip then deserved… it still goes without saying they are rude and don’t show any appreciation of your business or that you are at all welcome.. looking up and past you when taking orders …
