I just had the worst experiences ever. The window lady who was profusely sweating and could barely breathe when taking our order should not be working there. I ordered two iced coffees and gave one to us. Okay that’s fine we let her know we ordered another one and she rudely said she only charged us for one we weren’t asking for a free coffee. We wanted to be charged for both and just simply get what we asked for. Maybe if she wasn’t breathing so heavily she could’ve heard my order the first time.

I went to purchase a hot coffee but I had a coupon if I purchased any hot coffee I get a free donut. Well that ended up being a big no no . The cashier named Manjulaben P. Was very very rude , she didn’t greet me , she seemed super annoyed & frustrated. I showed her my coupon and she “says” she couldn’t give me my free donut because the scanner wouldn’t allow it. I don’t understand she could of went to get a manager and asked to do it. I was going to purchase a coffee. But no she didn’t do nothing!! I was very upset and I will not be coming back to this location..

The munchkins were super stale so we decided to get a Boston crème and a chocolate frosted donut hoping it will taste better but in the end nothing was fresh and if not for the coffee one could literally choke on it. As much as I like DNKN, this experience was pretty poor.

Wife stood in line for like 10 min and was told to go to the other register be cause it wasn’t open. Then another customer walked in and stood up at the register that was supposedly closed and took thier order. And the other line was longer. This get me heated on how they favor a certain race. Never again!

I was inside picking a catering order when I overheard the gentleman in the drive through complaining about a young women with glasses on working the drive through. After he caught her stealing he pulled away then she made horrible threats towards his life. I will never come back to this Dunkin. The ownership needs to evaluate their staff immediately
