I dropped by ideal nutrition this past Monday to try see if meal kits would work for me. I’ve been very impressed so far!. I picked up 5 meals for my work lunches and I’ve enjoyed every single one that I’ve tried thus far. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Just fyi there’s a lot of people who choose delivery/pickup apparently so the stock seems to go pretty quickly. Their restock days are Sunday/Wednesday if that helps you decide on when to stop by. Quick, painless and pretty affordable. ! I’ll be back!

The meals are generally good – my two comments are 1) the lids are not tight and food is not sealed in , so food can fall out 2) the labels / instructions are very tiny and no longer color coded – please help us distinguish from vegan and traditional, for instance !

Food is delicious – customer service great – I highly recommend this for quick, delicious and healthy meals. Budget friendly and a large variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner options including vegan paleo and gluten free items. Watch the dates as several items should have been reduced due to the eat or freeze by date which was within a few days of when we purchased. Otherwise – fantastically delicious
