Love how friendly the employees are. Even though the lines were pretty long (they just opened) we got our order pretty quickly and it was accurate. They even had pup cups for our dogs, with Milk-bones! We all felt spoiled and will definitely be back.

One word: OBSESSED! I love everything about our local Dutch Bros here in Lompoc. The way staff interacts with us customers is so cool. I have never been to a shop where they actually engage in conversations. Every one is always so friendly and quick to answer any questions I have. When there is long lines, I don’t mind waiting because 1, my drink is going to make the wait worth it and 2, the vibes from the staff are so cool. The manager Jose (I believe is his name) is so helpful and makes sure the customer is always happy before leaving. I will pick this coffee shop over the others in this town. I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER ♥ 🙂

I’d rather get coffee and McDonald’s or AMPM, service is horrible here. Coffee is better tasting and cheaper at the ones I mentioned. Why wait for this? Employees are clueless too, not going into detail but it’s obvious.
