Apparently “lost” my online order for which I gave credit card info. After talking with 4 people in the restaurant they offered no solution but to place the order again and pay AGAIN! Horrible customer service. Advise not to patronize this business. By the way. This is the SECOND time dealing with a problem. Last time they ran out of moo goo gai pan and I sat inside for 20 minutes before I asked what was going on. Again, they offered no solution or compensation. Please refrain from patronizing this business!

We ordered sesame chicken and garlic chicken…the sesame chicken was just deep fried chicken no sesame sauce or seeds. IT WAS DISGUSTING..The garlic chicken also was disgusting..no flavor or garlic taste..was a waste .of money everything went into the garbage…I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRAPHOLE. THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE JUST LIKE JAY’S ASIAN FUSION.They must be BE related..TERRIBLE NASTY FOOD STAY AWAY…

Do you expect great customer service like those corporate places? Expect quoted times to be met precisely? Then forget it. You have a few extra minutes for the best NY style Chinese on the grand strand? Come but be patient. I wasn’t, and I when I tasted the food I felt bad for rolling my eyes at them. On 1-6-2023 I ordered chicken wings with chicken fried rice and an order of boneless ribs and fried rice! I waited 30 minutes for my order the lady who usually works the front was cooking. I finally got my order and got home their was a hair in my ribs! Check your food thoroughly before you start eating it there is nothing like eating half your food and you find a hair in your boneless ribs!!!!
