This is the deep dish pizza I received today 07/28. It was not good, not cooked throughout or cut properly. Averaging 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice. To call this pizza is shameful. They said they would remake but I shouldn’t have to complain to get a decent pizza that I paid full price for. The inconvenience of having to go back up there to get more is upsetting.

Let me just start off by saying pizza is no longer $5 so just be aware. One lady taking orders was wearing headphones and talking on the phone while taking my order and did not acknowledge I was there in the beginning. One customer paid for a drink when they did not even have drinks in stock. It’s a total mess in there. The lady looks like she is on some sort of substance. They for sure went all out for the pajama party they were having… or so I thought.

I got italian cheese sticks, the sticks we’re super skinny and much much smaller then they usually are. I tried to eat it and realized the underneath was wet, soggy, and undercooked. It was so gross. Not to mention, I went to another lil Ceasars before this one, and they were out of cheesebread, I said are you serious? As I was walking out, I Said ugh, story of my life. As I was going to get in my car, I see a employee holding another employee back, Nd her screaming, but she called you a b****, which I did nothing of the sort. Crazy, lil Ceasars you need to get it together!!

I was highly dissappinted in this location because I got here before 9:55 p.m and they close at 11p.m. They would not make a cheese bread. Their excuse was they closed in an hour. So they’re only serving the already made hot and ready. But the employee wasn’t too busy to entertain her boyfriend who’s just chilling In there.
