Five Guys is perhaps the most well-known fast-food restaurant chain in America, thanks to its use of fresh, house-made ingredients and high-quality, all-natural beef. I visited one of their restaurants in Dumfries, Virginia, this past weekend and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It was a real pleasure to relax and enjoy a delicious burger while listening to the sounds of the nearby Washington Metro station.

I confirmed my order three times, I get sick at the taste of lettuce on a burger, weird I know but that’s just a part of me. Well when I got home I opened my burger to find out that I had been givin a different order I suppose ir a mutation of my dinner. But for my time I called the manager and she offered to remake my burger. So let’s hope they keep to their word and get it right when I go back in. If I’m spending a 21 dollars in a burger and fries I want the order made right the first time gad is to expensive to drive back and fourth for this low effort.

No one goes here for the service. The burgers are decent at best. The people are usually nice. So to interrupt me while Im standing at the register so you can take two phone orders AND push my order further down the queue is borderline disrespectful. Chick-Fil-A would never.
