Food quality is normal for a five guys, burger was good. Service was fine. But this five guys is much more expensive than any other five guys I’ve been to. I’m not sure if they think they can charge more because they’re on a college campus or because they’re in Philly, or whatever, but it’s just hard to justify $18 for a cheeseburger, medium fries, and a drink.

Have given this place chance after chance but it keeps disappointing every time. They always seem to forget something in my order or they give us the wrong thing!! So annoying. Probably better off driving a little extra to go to a different one

I placed a mobile order online and arrived to pick it up. I said my name and the person grabbed the bag. Before they could hand it over two employees started yelling “take off your hood.” I was confused, and before I could respond more employees came over and started saying there’s a sign on the door saying you can’t have on a hood. I am Muslim and it is our holy month of Ramadan. As a woman I cannot be seen without a head covering in public. My hijab had gotten soaked in the rain earlier so I took it off in the car and just put my hood on to grab my food. I asked if I could just have my food and go, the employees continued to berate me insisting they would not give me my food unless I took my hood off. I eventually left with no food or refund issued as I now had four people yelling at me to take my hood off. This is not what I expect from an interaction that should have taken literally five seconds. The way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional. I do not expect five star treatment from a fast food restaurant, but I also do not expect to be yelled at and refused service simply because of the way I am dressed.

The food quality is Five Guy’s quality. The service is fast however the staff seems overworked and yet very friendly. The line is usually long and expect to wait for at least 10 minutes before ordering and another 10 for your to complete. Street Parking is rare in this area.

I’ve noticed from going multiple times that the staff does not communicate to each other very well between the register at the front to the pick-up at the back. Other Five Guys I’ve visited have a high-energy atmosphere, but it’s sluggish here.
