Came here on a Monday afternoon and got seated immediately. The bread was slightly burned but the parts around were delicious. The charcuterie was good, but a little salty. The shrimp from the salad (and the buttery sauce) was the highlight of the meal. It was one of the dishes the waiter recommended and we would as well. The steak was cooked exactly to the right temperature, and dipped in the butter sauce from the shrimp salad was a great combo. The waiters were walking around often to see what we needed, so service was great. Definitely recommend a stop!

Excellent spot, one of DC’s nicest restaurants. A super pleasant experience with extremely knowledgeable and kind staff ready to help you make food and drink decisions. Highly recommend asking for Nabil as you waiter, he went over the top and made the night feel so personal.

I can’t resist sharing my amazing experience at Le Diplomate! This place truly deserves every single star. As a burger enthusiast, I’ve scoured DC for the best burger joint, and I can confidently say that Le Diplomate has one of the best burgers in the city.

Walking into @lediplomatedc made me feel like I was transported back to Paris. The architecture and decoration are what made me feel some type of way. It’s both trendy and inviting. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the hostess in front of you, followed by a large spectacular table of wonderful delicious bread (a carb lover’s dream come true) to the right.

The perfect restaurant located in Logan Circle, Washington DC. Booked dinner reservations and I was seated promptly. I was initially amazed by the overall atmosphere and the food was just the icing on the cake. Everything was prepared with care and excellent quality from the ingredients. The Trout Amandine and Profiteroles are to die for and a must order at Le Diplomate. Can’t wait to revisit on a future stay in the DC area and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible dining experience.

One of the best French restaurants we’ve eaten at in the USA. The products are fresh, of good quality and the portions are good. The service was very good. A real attention to detail, this restaurant is a real tribute to French cuisine abroad. The Moules Marinières are a delight. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

One of the most amazing dining experiences I’ve had in D.C.!! Our waiter was so sweet – they called me belle 🙂 The food was incredible, I got the Croque-Madame and my date got the Quiche Florentine – the best quiche I have ever tasted in my life. It’s a popular spot so make sure to make a reservation – totally recommend!

One of the best French restaurants around DMV. Service was great and the food was just okay. The atmosphere is also great and love seating outside by the patio. Over all the service was great and ambiance but the food was not what I expected, the salad with beats was good very delicious.

No wonder why it is one of the toughest restaurants to make a reservation in DC. It certainly lives up to its hype, given its retro atmosphere, attentive service, great-valued meals and food quality. It reminds me of my fav french bistro L’Express in Montreal.
