The location is nasty! Along with majority of the places here in San Angelo! Chicken was barely done & asked for original and there should be no reason why the chicken is soggy. On top of that the chicken isn’t even done. The drive through man had an attitude because I added 1/2 a dozen of biscuits. Huffing and puffing, if you do not like your job find another. I will be taking my whole order back.

We had to drive like 10 miles to this KFC. I ordered 1 leg and 1 thigh original and 1 leg and 1 thigh crispy. They gave me 2 legs original and 2 crispy thighs. The chicken thighs were saturated with so much oil and a raw. The legs were dry. The chicken pot pie was really gross. It had big pieces of chicken and not enough vegetables. The biscuits were old. The honey pouches were sticky and stuck together. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay. Please fix famous chicken. I know I won’t receive a refund. Please visit these restaurant’s Undercover Boss. San Angelo Texas has 2 stores.

Are you kidding me? I order a delicious spice chicken and they gave me a small drop of the sauce in the sandwich(as seen in the photo). I know it’s late but dang, really?? I hope this is not a continuous issue here at this KFC location. I really love this sandwich. Probably the best spicy chicken sandwich I ever tried. But this, is not the KFC way. Come on guys.

There Employees work hard ,they are kind and work with easy smiles and good attitudes. The food is excellent as always, and not having to cook all the time because you can get a quality meal at KFC is a blessing. Customer Service 5stars

Stopped and got chicken for my crew. The original chicken was very good. Mac and cheese, I would not recommend it unless it’s fresh. Biscuits could be used as hockey pucks.

Staff was rude, didn’t know what order was mine at the drive thru, forgot my sauce, and charged $12 for a combo meal with the tiniest of servings of sides. Never coming here again. Also all my fries were burnt and I wasn’t able to eat them. I’d post pictures if it allowed me to.
