Nice place on the inside. Good for getting work done. However, the service is a bit lackluster. If you go through the drive through, they get your order wrong 9 times out of 10. There’s been times where we ask for certain donuts and instead they give us different ones. I’ve been inside there and they are rarely out of said donuts. If you go inside there are only two people there and they tell you to use the tablet to order. The Dunkin tablet software has got to be one of the buggiest I’ve ever seen on one of these kiosks. But nonetheless, the service is never rude, just a bit incompetent at times

I am not sure what was going on there. It was 9ish in the morning. I got there and the drive thru is blocked off with cones so I had to go inside and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I was told they didn’t have any bagels. I ordered a decaf ice coffee, they had to make decaf coffee. I have always like Dunkin better than Starbucks, but I guess I will have to give Starbucks another shot.

I don’t know why, but this location is terrible . They never have any donuts , their machines are always down and today I had my husband go pick up a mobile order and they didn’t have anything available and apparently the person working didn’t know how to offer a refund ? So now i’m out money with nothing from my order and will have to complain to customer service about a refund . This is the last time I will ever return to this location .

Went in to pickup a Door Dash order. Person working on it stopped when almost finished to send out text. I called and spoke with manager and it was her. She said she had to send out a group text. What’s more important? Getting a paying customer their order or waiting another minute to send out text. Current paying customers should be your number one priority!!!! No wonder recent ratings are getting lower.

Do not use the app. Usually fine experience here but last time we ordered two coffees a donut and mini-bagels and prepaid through the app. When we arrived they said they were out of the food and told us we could get a refund through the app. I saw no way to do this and emailed for assistance. It’s been three days and counting, past the promised 48 hours when I was told I would expect a reply. Dunkin should take ownership and correct an issue like this, not put it back on the customer to figure out.

Now if I could give negative stars I would this place needs to fire everyone including the management and hire new staff. Have talked to the manager several times and have contacted corporate but it changes for a short time. Usually we can’t get our coffee order correct but when we do it’s really good. This morning we placed our order and the order taker was very professional and polite and the lady that took our payment was really polite. The lady that came to the window to give us the coffee was rude and had a really bad attitude. No manager on site. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone. Will not go back
