Just discovered this shop as I was getting my car washed across the street. The service was great as they accommodated me with plantains instead of cabbage because of dietary restrictions. I ordered the large oxtail with rice and peas and a small jerk chicken which came with sweet or pepper sauce. The portions were nice an even. The oxtail was super tasty and not full of fat. The rice wasn’t undercooked and the oxtail gravy on top made it even better. The plantains were made fresh and we’re tasty. The Jerk chicken was good too especially with the sauce. Would definitely be back.

Its easy to miss this place if you aren’t looking. But once you find it, you won’t forget it. I enjoyed the hospitality I received. I ordered to takeout and shared with the family. Oxtails and rice and peas were prepared nicely . Wash your meal down with one of the Veggie Tarry drinks. My fav is Strawberry Ginger.

Went here today for the first time. Their sign said they open at 8am but I got there minutes after 9 and the doors were locked. Food wasn’t ready. I had to wait about 15 minutes.

Had a number of dishes (jerk pork, oxtails, and soup). My friends had the fish that was made to order. Food is on point / delicious!!! Prices are reasonable; staff was very friendly and professional – will be back when in the area and/or do delivery. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. The jerk pork and the jerk chicken was very good! Everything was nice and fresh. Portion sizes were great and so was the price! Now I don’t have to travel to Queens or brooklyn for my jamaican food.

Excellent food and great service. I was getting gas across the street when I noticed this restaurant. I came here instead of Wendy’s and I’m glad I did. The curry chicken was tasty and so was the jerk pork. Next time I’m in the neighborhood I’ll be back.

Quaint place with three tables and few chairs. But you’re not going to eat the chairs so let me tell you about the ox-tail with steamed vegetables and rice&peas. It is to die for, fall off the bone goodness. Will be going back soon!
