Wanted to catch the nuggets game and thought this might be fun. Applebee’s has a great selection of menu options and awesome happy hour specials. The staff was a little bit over booked during game time.

Good food, poor service. The restaurant did not appear busy at all. Waited 5 minutes and never saw a host, were finally seated by the bartender. Over 20 minutes after the appetizer was delivered for main dishes. Asked for check, had cash in hand and a guy we hadn’t seen threw the check on the table and quickly walked off. Food was good, only reason leaving two stars.

By far the worst service I have ever had. We made a reservation or call ahead that we had 12-16 people in our party after a graduation ceremony. When we showed up the first problem was that they gave our table away to someone else for whatever reason. It took almost 15 minutes to get a new table put together for 13 of us. Once we got a new table the second problem was it took over 45 minutes to get water and soda to the table then another 20 minutes longer than that to get our food. Most of us ordered salads, burgers, or chicken tenders; nothing extraordinary. Meanwhile people who are coming in after us are getting drinks, food, paying for their food and leaving before we got our drinks or food. Then we go to pay at the end and it takes them 10 minutes to run 3 debit cards. After that the waitress brings 2 debit cards back and her and hostess lose my husbands debit card. They go searching for another 10 minutes and luckily found it. I contemplated not even leaving a tip because we were basically ignored and not treated with customer service but I wasn’t going to be that rude by not leaving a tip. Our whole party was made up of 4 different families and none of us will come back. Keep in mind this place was not even busy at all. They had plenty of tables still open so I don’t know what the huge delay was for.

Applebee’s curbside to go is so slow I waited half an hour before being brought out our food. Watched not one but two cars pull up and immediately drive off with food. Very disappointed I wouldn’t be as upset if this was a rare occasion but every time I come here seriously… Never again … Then we don’t even give us our food. Cause they gave it away. All she could say is it’s busy and it happens. Real so that’s freaking great. Thanks for taken my money with no food. Don’t order curbside someone else will end up with your food… And your out of luck for 50 dollars…

Ive been to this Applebees a hand full of times. All have been later at night. I really like the boneless wings, especially since they are around half off after 9. Also like that they have beer specials. Service has always been pretty good too. Very good the last time, waitress was great.

Host was very nice, server was nice but just busy. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before someone came and talked to us, the host sat us at 7:10. The manager is running food but not engaging with tables otherwise. We are staying to eat and understand it’s busy but some proper coaching and initial greetings might help out other guests besides us.

Absolutely the worst experience. We took our daughter for her birthday, great presentation for the dessert. Our appetizer for the 2 for 20 came out, but we ordered 2 additional appetizers which came out after our meals! Mistake number one so we had the choice to eat our meal and not appetizers or eat appetizers and not meals because one or the other would be cold. Then my husband was out of his drink after the first 10 minutes even after slurping his empty drink in front of the waitress. Normally for a 50 dollar check we would have tipped 20 to 30 dollars but not this time because of the horrible service. We will not be returning. 50 dollars was not worth it 20 is more like it I didn’t even eat my food at all the bleu cheese was sour as well.

Nobody sat us when we walked in , was only able to get a seat by seating ourselves. Server was okay but didn’t really care . Charged us for 2 drinks when we didn’t even get one of them. Food was the worst part , all microwaved obviously. Made my girlfriend sick after we left . Definitely wasn’t paying for that and will not be back.
