The gentleman who took my order was nice and gave great recommendations. The food tho has a bit of a different story. The sushi wasn’t rolled tight and completely fell apart. I had to ask for ginger and sauces and my lo mein noodles were a mushy unappetizing mess. The rice was pretty good and small amount of veggies.

Horrible customer service. The cashier barely greeted us. Then didn’t give us napkins or chopsticks to eat with. Even after acknowledging there was 2 of us, they still didn’t give us two sets of chopsticks, only one and they were a little annoyed by me asking for more. The food isn’t as good as it was and the service is horrible now . I don’t recommend . They rather text and chat instead of having good service

Not the same as previous owner. New owner must be present and at the front line. Mostly Spanish speaking guys help with the cooking. The portion is so much less. You can’t skim on cheap vegetables. Chicken are not well cooked…I can see almost no line as it used to be.

The guy that was calling out my food is dumb. I asked him if this is my food without sauce as I requested my chicken and shrimp teriyaki without sauce and vegetables because I was confused, I have very bad ADHD. He put sauce on it couple of times and I had to yell at him NO SAUCE because he will not understand me and he didn’t put anymore sauce on it after that.

Each time i come here the service is bad. The food is good but the disposition of the staff is weird and uncomfortable. They argue a lot especially with the black customers. I watch it but I will never make a purchase ever again

I placed an order with DoorDash and left special instructions for extra sauce. I paid over $30 for one adult meal and a child’s meal. Asked for someone to contact me for my special instructions and they never did. I usually order from Middle River and somehow I got this one tonight. I called repeatedly for the phone not to ring and never an answer. I’m beyond upset. I’ll never order from this restaurant again. I’ll stick to my locals. The ones who want to keep customers. I don’t even wanna leave one star. I like my food with special sauces. If I wanted to pickup myself I wouldn’t have paid the outrageous fees.
