I unfortunately eat a lot of fast food due to my job, and this time I had my lunch at a McDonald’s, this was my 1st visit at this McDonald’s, unfortunately it was quite less than a pleasant experience, this McDonald’s seems to be operated by the Latin Americans, ( which is perfectly fine) however when trying to give my order at the counter I was told I had to use the Kiosh to place my order. While doing so a family of Latino’s walked in and went straight to the counter as did I, without a hesitation the girl took the order no problem, but when stepped back to the counter the same Latino girl insisted that I had to use the kiosh to place my order, so I went to a different kibosh to attempt my order while yet then a young Latino boy walks to the counter and again without hesitation had his order taken while I stood there looking stupid trying to order my lunch. Not a good experience there at all. BTW. I did just walk out and had to do without lunch that day because of now being out of time for my lunch break. !!!

Well i cant comment on the food considering I didnt get any. 2pm i stopped for lunch. 1 car in the drive-thru and no customers inside. I stand at the front counter for about 7 min. No one even acknowledged my presences. Someone else walks in the manager hands him has doordash, doesnt even look at me then walks away. You didnt get my money today and really doubt I will be stopping there anytime soon

I had to go through drive thru twice after that I gave up, I don’t ever do reviews on anybody literally but this is sad!!! I paid for this with my money and that’s what I get at 9:40pm? It was cold, not even a medium like i wanted, hadn’t even gotten to drink my large drink (which isn’t even filled all the way)… I have problems with this location every time on the coldness and lack of giving me worth my money. These employees need to start caring about their customers that’s all!
