Jordan Gibson (shift manager) blamed ME for my food being inedible due to allergy despite my very clear instructions- then upon complaint call, his staff hung up on me then he yelled at me saying “ma’am no one hurt u here call corporate ” and hung up. An allergy is DEFINITELY harmful.

We got a bigger order ($55+) and they put everything in 1 bag and couldn’t even be bothered to mark them. We had to spend over 20 minutes tearing open ever item to try and figure out what it was. After figuring out what was there, surprise surprise, we were missing 4 items. I tried to call and just have them put my name down and I would get the stuff in a few days but they refused to answer the phone so I had to waste another 30 minutes going back.

Heard a lot about their crunch wraps. Passed by there many times never in the am. Sunday, I had the opportunity to stop by. I ordered both a bacon and a sausage crunch wrap. I watched them being made right then and there through the pickup window. The TV add makes them look a lot larger than they really are, but they make up for that in then taste. We really enjoyed them and will be back.
