This was my worst Papa Johns experience to date!!!! My pizza must have been dropped on the floor several times because it had wierd dirt debris on it, shook up in the box a couple times as well. I felt like if this was a crime scene they were trying to send a message that’s how uneatable this pizza was. and I even tipped like $23 bucks in total. I’m upset and hungry!!! All I can say is wow… the care some people put into their jobs is hurtful to think about.

The pizza had hardly any toppings. I ordered extra toppings, but there was very little and they were in the middle, not spread over the pizza. The so called manager was very rude and hung up on me. I will never order from here again! I get much better pizza from Little Ceasers or Pizza Hut.

By far the worst Papa John’s experience I have ever had my pizza was deformed cold and burnt not to mention it was the wrong Pizza I ordered a meatball and roma tomatoes stuffed specialty pizza and they give me a plain pepperoni. Not to mention that pizza was $18 and then I also got stuffed jalapeno cheesy bread that was burnt, on top of all of that I tipped the guy $9

I went last night to pick up a pizza here, soon after eating it with my little brother and washing it down with good ole glass cokes. It was fun, we watched a few episodes of One Piece as well. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way was doughy could only eat 1 slice. Also it was all messed up from the car ride to me. It was also 25 mins late. They added 6 more dollars to my order for tip after we already gave her a 6 dollar cash tip. When I called to complain about my bill and the food the manager only would offer to replace the order at a later date. I wanted our money back atleast the 6 dollars I didn’t authorize for a tip we already gave her not anymore food from the restraunt it was gross. Really wish papa Johns cared and had a complaint line that actually made horrible experience better but they only offer you calling the store with any complaints which goes no where. Also for 2 LG pizzas and a 2liter was over $40 that’s insane!

I placed an online order around noon for a 5pm delivery, at 5:30 I called the store wondering where our order was because we hadn’t got it. A women answered saying I should have planned better because it was their busiest night of the year! I explained I ordered at noon ?! She said well I only have 3 delivery people so I can’t help it… then hung up on me! I called back & got someone else, then canceled the order. Very rude & I won’t do business with them again…
