So Good!! Stopped by to get some food on the way back from California to Utah!! So glad I did. The food was excellent and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the enchiladas were. I should have taken the photo before I started eating. I’ll stop here again next time I’m coming through! Excellent!

Didn’t show up on restaurant search on route but a great find. Fast service. Excellent, authentic Mexican. Small, family run. Wonderful home made salsa kinda like barria sauce. Recommend the nachos, chicken burrito, pork tacos. Family dinner atmosphere. Gas station next door.

So glad we stopped in and had dinner here! AMAZING FOOD!!! It’s a beautiful restaurant! The mom and son team running it are super nice. Get out of the car and support this awesome family and their small business. The food is priced a little more than average. However, it’s worth it! Mom makes her own chorizo and does a special marinade for the carne asada. It’s to die for!!!!

So happy we stopped here. Very friendly staff and absolutely fantastic tacos. I was in Mexico City a few months ago and the tacos at Chile Poblano are exactly like what I got in Mexico City. If you’re a fan of soft corn shell tacos, this place is awesome! The loaded nachos (also excellent) come on a hot, sizzling fajita pan, which is something I’ve not experienced. Now that I’ve had them, it will be a disappointment the next time I go someplace and get non-sizzling nachos.
