Finally someone realized I had been standing there a while. And asked what I had. I gave them the receipt. I went to the drive-thru today, ordered 2 croissants and a small hash brown. I had to wait for 7 minutes before the cashier asked for my credit card. I was charged $8.02, left BK. I came back to work to enjoy my meal, found out the croissants were smothered, cheese were all over the paper, the hash browns ( asked for small, was charged for lg??), were more like mashed potatoes, soaked in grease, only ate 3 hash browns, had to trash the rest. I called the store 5 times, trying to get in touch with mgmt, unfortunately no one picked up the phone. The quality, presentation of my meal was horrible. Mgmt should work on employee attitude, knowledge and customer service. This kind of service in totally unacceptable.
