If it just opened how are you already running out of chicken and chips? Waited in line 35 minutes walked out and left the plate that were made for me I tried to give the steak a chance but when I was about to pay and they didn’t have chips I walked right out. Waisted my time

NOT OFF TO A GREAT START. Employees lying to customers and denying food that’s been paid for. I was missing two bags of chips and two cups of guacamole from drive thru. I went in and kindly asked for the two bags and Guac and the worker told me twice that they didn’t have any more chips. When I asked her what I should do another girl working rudely shouted “Just call the chipotle app” and rolled her eyes. The other employee then went to scoop two bags of chips for me after denying and lying that they didn’t have chips. YOU WILL BE ROBBED of food unless you check your orders beforehand. I post this review honestly as a previous customer of the posner location as well. Both locations are severely lacking in order consistency.

Poor customer service!! My son just left chipotle and he was trying to talk to a customer and she ignored him! He stated that as soon as an employee said something to her she was conversing with that employee! My son feel like the employee was racist! That explains why they only hired only Hispanics just like the Davenport location, which is a huge discrimination against other races…I’ll only support winter haven location for now on!! I’m literally putting Money in your pocket, don’t be ignoring customers

The service that this person named “GAMA” (very tall guy, green eyes) provided to my family was very rude and disrespectful, Me and my family made the 25 min line because short staff (totally understandable). We ordered our food, and I was on the table breastfeeding my 8 month old baby.. my husband was in line and wanted to order a cheese quesadilla for my 2 year old, and this rude and not trained to serve people employee told my husband that he needed to do the 25 min line again because he already passed the order line, my husband wasn’t even on the register counter YET.. he didn’t even passed the queso and pico station.. I feel very disappointed because my baby was hungry and we were not able to give him our food because it was spicy… I felt very bad when he treated my husband like that, and with my 2year old just wanted to eat… If you have kids you will know what is that someone treats you like that specifically when this is for your babies meal.. This person is NOT TRAINED TO DO A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!!!! AT ALL! Please if you are going to open a restaurant, hire people that are capable to the job that they are performing, and if you don’t want to go to work, then don’t go. People don’t deserve the bad treatment that you do because you don’t like where you are….

I understand it’s a new location and they’re working out the kinks, but we sat in the chipotlane for nearly an hour with no way to just leave because of the curbs/construction. Finally get to the window and give no explanation or apologies. Kids meals missing drinks and with solid quesadillas from sitting for an hour. Chips missing. A table spoon of guac on the veggie bowl. The food was room temp and the sour cream was so cold we had to heat the bowls up at home. The app was pointless trying to get help. Just an all-around horrible experience.

First time here. Disappointed, because EVERYONE raves about Chipotle! Watched staff stuff trash down the trash can, then walk over and refill the unpackaged, naked plastic silverware and drink lids without washing hands or at least putting on gloves. Clearly a food health violation! Music was too loud. Tables needed to be wiped off. Three staff came out, perhaps on break, standing about but not paying attention to what really needed to be done. Kind of sad for a newly opened business. Shame on management.
