Horrible service. Always get orders wrong.This place used to be good. Everything changed in here. New cook,cashiers, now food is nasty and so is the customer service. First of all, this is not Italian. It should not be called “Pizzeria”. I wanted to try this place because their subs prices were $2 dollars less than typical places in Wayne and Totowa which is typically on average 12. The quality is very poor in terms of taste and quantity. Their subs weight about 60% less. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for anything Italian. They have some Spanish items in their menu – maybe that is their specialty. I guess you get what you pay for

Ordered a few subs and they were very sloppy and awful but what really bothered me was how small they were. They should not be referred to as “Subs” probably mini subs or something to go in a kids menu. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. I used to go to this place when I lived in Paterson many years ago but it has changed administration unfortunately

Terrible customer service. How the hell I pre-order my pizzas at 3:10 pm and get here at 3:45 pm and they closed the doors????? On a Friday!!!!! Had to knock on the freaking door and ask where the hell is my food??!! I only come here for the pizza out of convenience, but they better count their days!!!

Notice about 8 months ago they started falling off …I got pie there today since the last time I did 8 months ago… no change.. My toppings was skimpy.. Seemed like they took another pizza and added what I want it and threw some more cheese on top and and stuck it back in the oven..

Food is good, very slow service cautious about eating there because Waitress came from outside started serving food never wash hands first I’m from the old school before handling food WASH HANDS FIRST alot of restaurants are forgetting that: Restaurant Owners Teach your staff to WASH HANDS FIRST BEFORE SERVING FOOD!!
