Very average. Other locations are better, this one just doesn’t do it. I won’t say the food is bad, it’s just blah. Mainly, the food isn’t good enough for the price. For a $12-15 sandwich or burger the flavors better be bursting, but you don’t get that here. So don’t waste your money, just go somewhere else you know is good. The new restaurant hype is not worth it. I will say the interior and exterior are nice.

I wanted to surprise the kids with take out tonight. The Oreo shake was very tasty and my daughter enthusiastically enjoyed her treat. My son was not impressed with his cheeseburger and stated it was okay. When I took out my mushroom Swiss burger I wasn’t happy to see the mayo sauce. I tasted the burger and my taste buds did not do a little happy dance. I had been looking forward to the experience.

This location is a pretty busy. At least for the time being, being that they’ve recently opened up. Customer service was good. I do wish someone on staff was designated strictly to wiping the tables down as there are always a lot of customers and it’s not so pleasant to sit at a table with crumbs and/ or stains.. I have no complaints with the food. The prices are steep but you should know you’d be paying a bit more going to a franchise with this name/ reputation

Had the mushroom burger and cheese fries. Food was ready quickly, nice option to sit outside when weather permits.

I let the hype of a new restaurant die down before coming in. First of all, I was not happy with how expensive the food is. They don’t offer combo meals so everything is a la carte. Two single stack burgers, one side of fries and two milkshakes cost $33, which I think is absurd. The burger is really good and one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had. Another negative was the speed of service. It took 40 minutes to get our food and shakes because the girl working the front counter didn’t communicate with people that they ran out of vanilla for milkshakes. They gave us the food but made us stand for another 5-10 minutes for milkshakes. Safe to say the food wasn’t over ally hot.

Visited today….the 2nd day it was open. I expected the lines to be long due to the hype. They were. I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly the line moved. There were 3 workers outside working the drive through line with tablets taking orders and payment. Realistically, there must have been 35-40 cars in front of me…and I got through the line in 24 minutes. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot. Totally worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!

I eagerly anticipated visiting Shake Shack to learn more about the buzz, but sadly, my expectations were not met. The food arrived cold after a 40-minute wait, which I feel is unfair considering how much you paid. If I decide to visit them again, I am hoping that they would live up their expectations when they aren’t as busy. The staff members that took our order at the drive-through were in general polite.

Not up to our expectations. There was a long wait- about 45 mins total we spent in line and waiting for our food. Not anything more special than the typical Shake Shack. The staff were very nice, but they were out of many of their milkshakes and the food came out cold. Thinking they are still working out the new operations of the restaurant so we’ll give them some time before coming back.

After leaving the West Coast, i left In-N-Out behind and nothing has filled that hole in my life until i ate at shake shack. I just found the cheeseburger that i’ve been looking for in Shake Shack. The portion and size is big enough that my jaw won’t hurt and it’s tasty enough to make me want to come back for more. Their crinkle fries aren’t bad at all! I will be back for more and i recommend everyone to try Shake Shack!

Awesome addition to lancaster. Had a long line but to be expected with a grand opening for an awesome chain. Food was great with no complaints other than my milkshake was a bit melted by the time it got to my table. I’ll definitely be back
