I know that the food/bev has changed due to the pandemic and wages are too low. I called in an order and I didn’t do it correctly, and one of your staff( the young, man with the Alone tattoo) fixed it, while training a new worker or the worker tried to take a short cut, but all staff were cordial and doing their job well. I just wanted that young man to be recognized for outstanding work!!

Went through the drive thru Simon took my order had a rude tone of voice. Around drive thru area it smelled strongly of weed. Got home my order was incorrect. Guy who answered the phone didn’t act like he knew what was going on said they’d put me down for a free sandwich just to tell them my name before I could give him my name he hung up so how exactly will they know I have another sandwich coming when I go thru there again if they didn’t get my name?

My wife and I ordered 2 combo subs from here. 30 minutes after eating our subs we both of us got very sick. The floors were wet only 1 sign. No hair nets were used, I used to wear hair nets as I prepared people’s food. Men’s bathroom was nasty.

Went to this location and ordered in the drive-through waited 45 minutes for food, they told us we couldn’t get a refund and it’d be 3 more orders ahead of us. They them proceeded to have another employee refund it not give us food and my diabetic fiance then had to get gas station food because he had dosed insulin for it.
