The service in the evening time is ‘nothing that u want to deal with at dinner time…never get any fresh cooked chicken, or they’re sold out n will not be dropping no more chicken…pot pies u have to time when they’re gonna have them… Tuesday evening after there was customers waiting for 30min in the drive thru I decided to go inside…the young man said “the lobby was closed because they didn’t have no workers…but there’s customers inside…the back where they’re cooking was full…the employees need to take pride in doing there job…warm old chicken…no pot pies..

Ordered a 4 piece. Was asked to wait for it i agreed. Waited about 40 mins for crispy chicken to cook. Just the breaset was to be crispy. Got the order. Nothing is crispy. The origiinal had more crust than the 1 piece of crispy chicken. Ughhhhhhhh. I want what I ordered and waited for not this.

Count your days KFC! This is the second time I made a costly purchase on Atlanta hwy after 7pm with no good results! Dry chicken that is under a heating light for over an hour should not be for sale y’all eat it! The first time I came in and waited for fresh a 8 piece chicken meal with double mash, got home no biscuits! Tonight the chicken was so bad the crust was slick and the chicken was dry as a desert! 18.99 plus tax is enough to buy two whole chickens and the farmer! Find y’all something safe to do because playing with folks food, and money is not it!! I will be demanding a refund on my card!!

I wish I would not even rate this kfc but this morning I went to go have lunch and I get my food and i leave and I come home and I’m opening my food and my mash potatoe had like this white awful smell inside, it smelled soooo bad it was white, some ladies who worked there were working in today, there were like 5 or 6 of them, I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN NEED TO FIRE THESE Ladies if they can’t simple take our order correctly then maybe go find someplace else or maybe not !!!!
