I have been a customer at this location for years and typically order the same thing each time. When I DO order donuts I get Boston Cream which has icing on top. It doesn’t matter if you purchase ONE or FIVE Boston Cream along with a cake donut they will put them in a bag. WHY?…I don’t know. If you’ve ever had to try and get one out of the bag you would understand. I normally don’t say anything and deal with it but today when in drive-thru I saw my donuts in a bag. I asked if I could get them in a box because the icing is removed from the donut and onto the bag. She put the donuts from the bag she initially had them in and put them in a box. Does this make any sense?…I took them inside and explained what had happened and everyone was smiling and acting as if they had no clue. Apparently, they were out of a donut that couldn’t get replaced. Fed up, I told them they could have the box of donuts and I will no longer be a customer. I have several other options on Rockville Rd to purchase donuts. No Thank you.

Edit 12/30 ordered large cappuccino with whipped cream. They forgot the whipped cream so they must have poured out half the coffee? This is like a baby coffee there’s no coffee in here. I have been contacted to resolve the issue.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ location!! Donuts are consistently stale.They always get my drink wrong and have an attitude when I ask them to remake it. The employees as well as the owner/manager have the poorest attitudes and understand nothing about customer service. I’ve had multi bad experiences at this location and will no longer be giving them my business.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I got my bacon, hash browns, and a coffee this morning and I definitely waisted my time and money on this. The bacon was so hard I wasn’t able to chew it and the hash browns were stale. You could tell they have been sitting somewhere all throughout the night. The coffee was also way too sweet and I didn’t even ask for any extra sweetener. I called to see if I could get a refund and I was expecting someone to say “thank you for calling dunkin” but instead all I got was “can I help you.” It seemed almost passive aggressive. Not the best start to my morning.

If you are thinking about working at Dunkin’ Donuts in Avon just don’t. The manger ranjeet is very rude and is always on your back about every little thing and is very disrespectful to her employees and customers! Ive worked there for a while now and finally walked out today because it just became too much! All the other employees I’ve worked with there our wonderful but the manger is not! All the food in there has a label for the day it expires and she changes the labels after there expiration date and still sells the expired food to customers to save money which is not right and you guys have a right to know your eating expired food!

Went into this place at 7:30 this morning, I ordered 12 chocolate cream, 12 jelly and 6 chocolate covered yeast donuts- the manager actually read me the riot act and told me in the future if I was going to order that many chocolate cream donuts again I needed to call the day before. I informed her if I was asked the night before by my grandkids I would. This place is a sad excuse for Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t worry lady I won’t bother you for anymore donuts, I may have to drive further but I will do that just for you

Lines are so long, due to inside not being opened. Not sure why dunkin donuts doesn’t have a set way on how drinks should be made. Just once I would like to order an iced coffee and it look like the pictures or at least like it was made previously. CONSISTENCY would be greatly appreciated.

I usually go to the dunkin donuts on east 10th in Indianapolis but I was off today and near home and wanted my butter pecan iced coffee. I asked to add on whip cream and cookie crumble mind you this is my normal order. I have to repeat myself several times as I guess she didn’t understand me at all. She then got very rude and said we cannot do that. And refused to add whip cream and cookie crumble to my coffee. This is the second time I have gotten terrible service. She said she was the manager and her name was nanji.. If I could leave zero stars I would. I would never come back here!
