THE BEST BREAKFAST TACOS! This is the second time we’ve had tacos here – our first experience was with the dinner menu, and this morning for breakfast. I’m not the type to write reviews, but we’ve had such phenomenal experiences both times that I could not let you know to drop everything and find this truck wherever it goes. The salsas are delicious, tortilla amazing, and both vegan and meat fillings so, so good. Highly recommend literally anything!

We had the began taco and chicken green chili tacos. Both were delicious. The vegan taco had very nicely battered cauliflower pieces, avocado, and pickled veg. Wonderful flavor, and and quite spicy, but not in an overly hot way. The chicken taco was made with fresh, pulled chicken. Very yummy. I definitely recommend MB

We stumbled on this place and were absolutely thrilled by every part of our experience. The space is unique and inviting, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is incredible! We tried one each of their “main” tacos and chips and salsa, all of it is delicious and original. It’s not often that we’re surprised by a taco anymore, but these were such a delight we just couldn’t stop raving about them. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic taco in South Minneapolis!

Flew from TX where there is amazing TexMex but these are THE BEST TACOS we’ve ever ever had ! Veryyyyy flavorable. AmazIng sauces. You can tell how much heart and soul was put into these recipes.
