Came on Sunday around 2pm and got two combo plates. One fried chicken and the other baked chicken, they both was so good ! The sides were perfect too. We got Mac n cheese, yams, greens, and dressing. Corn bread was tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Good prices. Would definitely be back

My hubby and my first time going and the staff was absolutely amazing very friendly ppl very attentive and the FOOD was most definitely good. We had the smothered pork chop dinner with cabbage & the happy mac and cheese for me and my hubby had the collards greens & mac n cheese both plates with corn bread we will definitely be going back!!! Absolutely Amazing !!!

Tried this place for the first time and it was great l!! This is a black owned establishment the customer service is really nice. I loved the thanksgiving decor when you walk in.y co worker and I both wanted those yummy candied yams but they were low or almost running out of them. I’m not sure if the guy was the owner but he went to the back and got me one cup of those yummy yams he had just enough for one person I told him my co worker and I were going to have to split this one cup cause we both had been waiting all week to get these yams lol. We both got the fried chicken dinners with cabbage and dressing as the sides and our cup of yams lol. The food was hot fresh and the chicken was seasoned to perfection and crispy. I definitely will be going back. I wish they had other locations. But it’s worth the travel. Go check this place out for some good soul food!!

So did you guys know no one eats sweet dressing and the yams was not sweet but the dressing was I did not receive any cranberry sauce and the cornbread seem as if it wasn’t well done it was gummy and yes I am a real Southern person know a lot about southern food taught when I was 9 years old how to cook southern food get you some real Cooks in there because I rate this meal today D-cuz no one eats sweet dressing and the yams taste like cinnamon not swee

First time here. I got the Sunday meal, chicken, 2 sides, sweet potato pie delivered. Almost $25. Small portions. I got 4 wingettes which equals only 2 whole wings. Good flavor overall with hot sauce. Not worth the price. I usually save dessert for later but had to eat it to get full.

Stopped by Shirley’s to pick up three fried chicken dinners. The gentleman behind the counter was awesome. The food was amazing; Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Cabbage, Cornbread & Carmel Cake. We met Shirley and her daughter who were most gracious. They only serve on weekends (Friday – Sunday), but that gives you time the rest of the week to build up your craving for some delightful soul food. We had the pork chops and meatloaf dinners. The meats were very flavorful, and the sides complemented the dishes nicely. If you are looking for healthy food, try another place, but if you want a taste of home cooking that will fill your soul, give Shirley’s Kitchen & Catering a try.
