Delicious angus steak at a place we might’ve missed. Pricier than your chain steakhouse, but much better quality. Very small menu allows them to master their food. Only open Thurs-Sat, so plan ahead.

$45 for a steak baked potato and salad?? How can a family of 4 afford that. We went 1 time, the cook never smiled, nobody came to ask us how our food was. We gave you a try. Food is terrible. Back to Wilson to the Beefmaster to where the cook at least smiles and talks to people!!!!! I watched the cook and he was handling raw meat with NO GLOVES then touching everything in sight even our steak and there was so much cross contamination I stopped counting. People will get sick Mr. Cook because you don’t wear gloves and touch raw meat then the meat served. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place. We didn’t bring it to the attention of the Cook because he should know better about sanitation. He eventually is going to get people sick!!!!

Without a doubt the best steak I’ve had in North Carolina. The service was fantastic! We were given choice of where to sit. Our drinks were always full and everyone was attentive to anything we might have needed. The interior decor is warm and inviting and makes it feel like you’re at home surrounded by family and friends. I would recommend this to all steak eaters. Olde Towne Steak House will not disappoint.

This little gem of a steakhouse was definitely worth the stop! The only restaurant in Micro, NC is like entering a no fuss, good, tasty childhood memory of weekend steak and potatoes, salad bar and Texas Toast. I had a good sized pork chop that hit the spot, and my boyfriend had a filet mignon that was very good and tender. The meat was fresh and cooked right in front of us on the grill. The staff couldn’t be nicer, a happy little pocket of joy just off the Highway. We lucked out, because apparently the place is packed with locals on Fridays and Saturdays, but we slipped in just before closing. Simple, clean, nice, really good!

Great place to go if you love steaks. This restaurant is definitely one of the best steak house I’ve ever been too. They keep the menu simple so they can give customers the best steaks around. The 3 hour trip is worth every mile to get there.

It’s a nice little restaurant that has a unique atmosphere, seems to be visited by a lot of locals because most of the staff knew names of the customers. We live out of town but have family in that area so we will definitely go back.
