This place is blew us away and will now always be a must-do for our trips down here. Warm/friendly staff. Extremely clean. No wait. Delicious and authentic food that was out to the table as we finished getting our lids on our drinks. We could see the chefs listening to us state our order, and they immediately began preparing our meals as we spoke. All 3 kids devoured their meals. Reasonably priced. It felt like a local hidden treasure, and we can’t wait to come back!

Wasn’t impressed until I was! Ordering was daunting, especially being the first time there. However, once we got our food, it was on the shortlist as a new favorite. The prices were totally not bad at all! The food… everyone was impressed with what they ordered. I often judge a Mexican restaurant by the way their guacamole is. This place makes the list of royalty!

This has got to be the best service on the island great food yes but that’s really any fierce or fresh. What is unique is their level of service not recommend you do this but you can literally called 10 minutes before they close and they will take your order and wait for you super nice folks. I think the lady always speak to you has a brother that works at the fiesta fresh in Bluffton but she definitely deserves a raise

Stopped in based on ratings and descriptions of fresh, fast, and friendly service did not disappoint! I have a couple of finicky boys and all 3 of them loved their food (tacos, chimi changa, and quesadilla). I got California burritto special and it was Awesome! Wife’s fiesta nachos were gobbled up… We are always looking for authentic Mexican food and all 5 of us (hence the 5 stars) highly recommend!

We are visiting from out of state and were yearning for some good Mexican food while visiting Hilton Head Island. So, we did a little research and decided on Fiesta Fresh Mexican Grill. Among the items our family ordered were nachos, taquitos, tacos (chicken, carnitas, ground beef, and fish), a wet steak burrito, and a bean burrito. The food came out promptly and all offerings were tasty. I especially enjoyed the carnitas, and the nachos that we shared were also quite good. To conclude our meal, we shared an order of warm sopapillas with honey. Delicious! The restaurant was clean, the staff nice, the food tasty, and the iced tea refreshing. All in all, a very satisfying meal.
