This not good pizza. The crust was to thick and flavorless, and the sauce needs help. And it’s claim that it’s New York style is incorrect. I’m not sure if this is a local or a franchise, but who ever decided to serve their style of pizza needs to go to NY yo try real NY style pizza.

This Sbarro, in my opinion is the only Sbarro pizza in El Paso to attend. Everything was fresh and Tasty… The one at basset mall is horrible! We unintentionally tried both one one day and the other the next.

My son and I go about 1 to 2 times a week. My son loves the pizza and the garlic bread. I loved the spaghetti with meatballs!! And the marinara sauce is delicious!!! And their customer service and atmosphere is great!!!! We go to the Cielo Vista Mall location!!!

I went to this location yesterday and the service was awful. There was one guy serving customers while 3 girls stood by the back door. The girls kept staring at my partner and I and whispering to each other. One girl whispered to the guy who was serving customers and he looked at us. It was very awkward and unprofessional so we left without ordering. I don’t know what their deal was, we were just waiting in line. I also don’t understand why they stood there gossiping while the guy did all the work. It was very unprofessional and I won’t be going back if I see them there again.
