Unfortunately the Honey Citrus Mint Tea was not the same taste as before. I bought it the first time a couple week ago with the guy attending me, and it was tasty and sweet. However, the lady who attended me twice last Saturday and today did not have sweetness, and was missing a orange tea bag. I hope this problem gets resolved

Very rude baristas. Carried on their conversation when I went to the counter like and acted I was a problem instead of a human. Didn’t respond when I thanked them for the drink. Didn’t have half and half out for customer use, and when I asked the girl rolled her eyes. She gave me a carton to use, which I’m pretty sure goes against starbucks rules. Wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t convenient.

When I went in there the barista was standing outside next to the register and was giving me a strange look and when I came close to ask if I can order here then he said the Espresso Machine is broken we can’t do nothing and I was like Come in man! The next Starbucks was 13 mins away.
