I’m not sure what is wrong with this KFC, but I would avoid it. Every single time that I have come to pick up an order, they are out of whatever it is that was ordered. One time I went through and they didn’t have any chicken. CHICKEN! Why they stayed open and and kept employees on the clock I’ll never know.

I ordered 7 bowls. 5 of them were meals and 2 were by themselves. I only received six and as I attempted to call to make things right the lady who answered the phone continuously told me she packed it and I received 7. She said bring them all back and they will give me my money. I explained to her I don’t want my money I want the missing bowl. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I am the manager and I packed you 7 bowls. I wasn’t trying to get over on anyone and that’s how she made me feel.
