Fusion is a great option for dining out in Webster. The food is so fresh and full of quality ingredients and friendly service is very welcoming. The fusion bowls are delicious, pizza is so good and you can’t go wrong with the Italian melt sandwich which is a favorite of everyone. The drink options are also much more broad than the typical northern Wisconsin bar and do not disappoint. Can’t wait to try the artisan pizza night and enjoy the outside patio and new deck area.

The new owners of Fusion have done an incredible job! This is our second stop for lunch. First time was during a very busy lunch after the an art festival on Webster High School grounds. Fusion was extremely busy. The staff was cool, calm and collected. Nice job Fusion! You chose your staff well.

I’m sooo thankful for an amazing food and coffee house that serves fresh food and top end ingredients! Fresh homemade food takes time and I challenge anyone to find another place in Burnett County with such diverse options! I’m a transplant from Los Angeles and this is such a great place to come and hang out! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Good and coffee drinks are absolutely the best! I recommend you try one of their bowls or melt sandwiches! I love the option of having fresh food and then as a bonus they serve amazing wines and craft beer.

We had diner tonight tried a couple of the bowls they were excellent, will definitely be there again owner and employees were super nice and helpful, my husband had blood orange tea loved it had to have a second and they rustic roots wine which is one of my favorite winerys!!

I couldn’t be more thrilled to have such a wonderful coffee/wine bar and bistro cafe right in town! I honestly try to think of reasons to go into Webster now so I can stop in and have a bite to eat and and enjoy a glass of wine, cup of fresh roasted coffee, or tea with their homemade infusions! Every week, they have something new to try! I’m just obsessed with their gourmet menu!! Everyone is so friendly too – the customer service is great! Thank you Fusion for turning what was once a great little coffee shop into an amazing place to eat and enjoy local wines and beer.

We had dinner at Fusion last Saturday night and Truly Loved it. My Husband and I both had the Chicken Wonton Bowl it was Excellent!! We both loved the flavors and the delicious dressing. In a land (Northern Wisconsin) normally filled with fried cheese curds and Busch Light on tap, what a delight to find fresh, tasty and original cuisine. Fresh salads, wraps, tacos, grain bowls, sandwiches and local wines and beers are offered. I’d come here for years when it was just the coffee shop, but now it’s expanded into a bistro serving lunches and dinners along with the same tasty breakfast food and beverage options. The patio is darling with pretty flowering pots and cozy tables. The tin ceiling and appealing interior has a few fun ‘shopping’ shelves and could only be enhanced if they’d pipe in some classical or cover music to add to the ambiance.

Extremely happy this great restaurant has come to town!! Staff is happy with smiles on their face. The coffee is exceptional (I love the latte) and it’s a nice breakfast menu. Haven’t had a chance to have lunch yet but heard the Mediterranean salad is exceptional.
