Decided to drop by this KFC location to pick up one of the $5 mac and cheese bowls I’ve been seeing advertised on TV, after returning from the Willard area. Luckily I hit at a good time and nobody was inside or at the drive thru, so the service was incredibly fast. However the one thing I was disappointed about was when I was running my credit card, the cashier said $5.99. I said, I thought they are $5. She said, not at this location. Not really sure how KFC can run a national advertisement for a certain price, but charge you more at different locations. So, I decided to check the price in Marion, and sure enough it was the $5. Not a fan of this practice.

Food didn’t taste as good. Potatoes had a bitter after taste. Associate had a attitude when I asked why the cost was so much higher than the last time I was there. “Well it’s because…” and she looked at me as if I was bug on the bottom of her shoe. I don’t need the attitude and will go elsewhere the next time.

Food hasn’t always been perfect but I can forgive food not being perfect it’s the staffs friendliness and the service is what I mainly care about. My favorite meal ended up being tenders and as for the chicken I’d say extra crispy although my turn too has been tender meals a lot.

I’ve ate here many times. Always received good, friendly service. I like the tenders and usually get them with cole slaw or mashed potatoes. Never heard anyone complain about the rest of their chicken. Restaurant dining area is cleaner than most fast food eateries. I don’t use drive thru windows cause I dont enjoy surprises, take an extra minute and walk inside so you can see what your getting and from whom.

DOES NOT SERVE TRUCKERS! Doors are still locked to dining room and it’s Oct 2022. Went to the window, was looked at but not acknowledged. Luckily there is a McDonald’s across the street that will serve you.

The service was horrible, the food was horrible and I’m never going back!! I may never go to any KFC again my experience was so bad! Mac and cheese was the worst, potatoes taste like water, biscuit was so hard. Chicken over fried and I about choked on the sandwich it was so hard.

Don’t eat at this dump!! Hair in my 4 piece chicken tenders I got today and in my over burned fries .The only thing good was the biscuit which was surprising it wasn’t hard .Someone needs to call the health department and shut this dump down.It’s got ecoli written all over it .

Once again my order wasn’t right when I get it home and once again the manager doesn’t give a damn. Eventually the word is gonna get out about this evening manager and her extreme lack of customer service. However the franchise owner seems to want to correct this situation in which I’m fairly certain that she was not aware of after speaking with her. A little bit of customer appreciation would work wonders for this location.
