The blonde older lady with glasses I’m assuming is the manager for night shift has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! She was rude and short. She acted like she didn’t want to help me and let someone cut in front of me in line. I asked for a pepperoni pizza She said I had to wait 20 minutes!!! If you hate your job please quit and let someone with a better attitude and knows how to run the store right have your position. You should not be ROLLING YOUR EYES AT CUSTOMERS AND HUFFING AT THEM. PLEASE FIX IT!!! I will be going to the West Little Creek location from now on they were super friendly.

The blonde older lady with glasses was the only woman working tonight and I ordered three pizzas expecting it to be done in 30 mins (normal waiting time) however it took an hour. I am giving this place five stars because it is NOT that employee’s fault for being by themselves. I am extremely disappointed at this company.

DO NOT GO HERE. The absolute worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. I got there late to pick up my pizza and the pizza wasn’t even made yet. The pizza was extremely undercooked and the order for my wife wasn’t even made correctly. The staff was wearing flip flops and the whole place was bug infested. I order 3 items, driver only delivered 2 and the pizza didn’t even have the right toppings. Driver had to wait 15 mins at the store for my order to be ready, but it was still cold when it got to me. I called to let them know I was missing an item and the toppings on my pizza were wrong, they said they would give me 75% refund on the food price, which doesn’t include the delivery fee, service fee, tax and well over 30% tip I left for the driver. And they were not going to send out my missing item or a corrected pizza. Thanks have a nice day.

When I went to go order my food, one pepperoni pizza, the manager rang my order up. I asked her if she had one ready, and she agreed. The cashier came to continue to take my payment. Thinking I was gonna get my pizza after I payed, I waited for 5 mins, before I asked her if I can get the ready pizza. She acted like she didn’t know one was ready to be taken. No communication was taking in this transaction. I shouldn’t have to wait. So always ask again if it’s finished.

The people working the shift on AUG. 14th, 2022 from 3 to 5 pm…we just ordered our pizza and it wasn’t even cut properly…seriously cut in zig zags. The pizza was thin and soggy and it was more crust than actual pizza. The toppings which was only pepperoni and cheese just slid off.

This was the worst experience . The young men were unattentive, they didn’t get my order right, I drove all the way home just to drive back. The soggy mess of a pizza should be taken out back and shot! Overall a -1 is what they deserve sad mess!

I did an online order for 2 pizza’s & breadsticks. The email said it would be ready at 2:56pm. I had to wait for over an hour for my food along with other customers.Watched 1 employee through 2 pizzas in the trash..I asked about my order and they said it was in the oven. 40 minutes later i get my food & it was cold & under cooked. I watched an elderly man stand at the counter for over 20 minutes while no one even Acknowledged him but walked by the man several times. I said something. I will NEVER order from Little Caesars again. ZERO STARS

This particular Little Ceasars was not at the standard of most. They seemed to be overwhelmed and not working as a smooth flowing team. The person at the counter was on the phone and customers in store were complaining about it and the wait time. I asked for an Extra Most Bestes pizza with extra pepperoni which seemed to totally through the order taker off. The pizza I got seemed more like a cracker crust pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Not what I ordered. I love Little Ceasars and this overall experience was substandard and really disappointing.
