I usually love KFC but my meal today seemed old. My biscuit was crunchy and my chicken was rubbery. The mashed potatoes were delicious. Maybe they were busy but I was a little disappointed. Still love KFc though.

This KFC franchise always serves food that is well-prepared and tasty. They consistently serve food in a timely manner and the food is accurate to what was ordered. I especially value that the special off-menu item that I order (wing dinner) is no problem and the price is still very reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this franchise. I find that I’ve been a bit spoiled by the restaurant, as other franchises I visit are always disappointing when compared to Ukiahs.

Went through drive thru at 8:34 pm let me just say that they were out of chicken and everything else. I get you close at 9 pm but it’s 25 min away. You close at 9 not 8 so cook more and clean up after 9pm. Customer service is a joke any more . Eventually ppl won’t come. Food is usually great. But y’all need to start double checking delivery orders. Every delivery order I’ve order from this kfc is always missing something! This time it was my kid’s large popcorn chicken. Thankfully I ordered from doordash, so I can get refund for it. But y’all don’t offer any kind of help for missing items when ordering from your kfc app. Which sucks because you can only get the Nashville hot tenders on the app not doordash.
