My review is based solely on customer service, as we weren’t given the opportunity to even order our food at 9pm on a Friday night. We pulled into a stall for the second night this week, and for the second time this week (the first was Tuesday at 8:20pm) we were told drive thru only. Okay, both times we pull to the drive through and sit there for 10 minutes at the speaker. No one answers. Okay. We pull to the window. No one comes. There were 5-7 employees in there, not a particularly busy night, and they can’t pull themselves away from goofing off and cutting up to serve customers. Ridiculous. Worst Sonic ever. Will never be back.

I ordered the five piece chicken strip dinner. It looked like it had been cooked at lunchtime even though this was close to 5pm. The crust was a dark brown, so thick I could barely bite through it, and the chicken inside was so dry it was bordering on turning to powder. I walked the dinner inside and explained the situation. The cook came over to me and apologized. She said she would personally see to it that my meal was cooked fresh. I thanked her and returned to my vehicle and waited. The same cook brought the meal to me personally. She again apologized for the first one. When I opened the second attempt I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked identical to the first one. It looked like she had cooked it an extra twenty minutes. I promptly drove to the trash and deposited the inedible meal.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster & two grilled cheese sandwiches. The bread on the “ Toaster “ wasn’t toasted at all nor was either of the grilled cheese sandwiches. Just soft untoasted white bread. They forgot to put the onion ring on my toaster as well. Didn’t complain, just ate it and left. We won’t be returning.
