i went there on 24 Aug 2023 @ 2322 (1122p) to get the two egg breakfast. I DID NOT ASK FOR CHEESE IN MY EGGS because I CANNOT EAT CHEESE! why would you take it upon yourself to put cheese in my eggs ANYWAY! and when i tried to call them about the issue the recording came on saying that they can’t accept call orders. now if i get sick because I DID NOT ASK FOR CHEESE, and cheese touched my hashbrowns who do you think i’m coming after?

Chelsea is the best server I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. The whole staff here is lovely and lively, joking with our work crew and giving us a lunchtime to look forward to on these early mornings. The food is delicious and prepared fast. Mike is one of the best cooks ever.

Went to breakfast this morning around 8:45am-9:10am…..waitress came to our table to bring our silverware but was called away by a new waiter and a cook before we could order our drinks. They needed assistance with calling the orders out, which I didn’t see her assisting in anything but standing there. however after 20mins, We called the waitress over to get our drink orders and she told them that she needed to come over to take our order. The waitress told them that her customers were getting antsy and this cook had the gall to say “I don’t care”… totally disgusting and disrespectful especially to holler it out in a restaurant around other customers. Rest assured we did contact the Georgia corporate office with a complaint.

What a great experience we had at the Rocky Mount Waffle House! Our waitress Gweynice ( I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was fantastic! She made it great! Friendly, personable & professional!
