First visit March 4, 2023. Excellent experience-We ordered the 4 tender meal and a chicken sandwich. All of the food came out hot and fresh! The coleslaw was delicious too, I just wish they gave you more. Great brewed iced tea! This place is in my opinion one of the best chicken places in the area. PDQ used to be our go-to, but it has gone way downhill both at Seminole and Pinellas Park locations. We’ll definitely be coming back to this Zaxby’s !

Been awhile since I went to zaxby’s. A bit disappointed that it has changed so much from when they first opened restaurants in FL. Back then, the portions and chicken were huge. Now looks smaller and I remember having celery come with the meal. Now, in the to go tray where the celery used to be, it’s empty. You would think they would charge less for less. Was excited and enjoyed only at the beginning when they first opened stores in FL. Now not too thrilled.

We went there today, we were asked to pull up because our order would be a few minutes, that’s ok. We sat there for 40 minutes, no one ever came out. I sent my husband in, our order was sitting there, we get home and my salad was missing dressing and my fries were cold . I was very mad .

Don’t waste your time or money eating at this location!! I have eaten at so many Zaxby’s and have never had a bad experience but this Zaxby’s is a different story. It’s convenient so I have given it several try’s thinking it was just an off day, or they were short handed but I will say that they are consistent! Every time I have been to this location it has been a bad experience. They are trying to save money at every step. They skimp on all sauce, some of our wings weren’t even touched. The boneless “wings” that cost almost $7.00 for 6 were the size and consistency of a rubber quarter. All of the portions were minimal and the fries were undercooked and and did not any of the famous Zaxby’s seasoning on them, they were terrible so we just threw them away. Of everything the worst part was it was $40. for 2 people to eat a disappointing lunch and we’re still hungry afterwards.

Tiny chicken sandwich that was extremely overcooked and hard. Literally the smallest chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. This wouldn’t even feed a child. I will never come back. Chick fil a has you guys beat in every way and they are cheaper and give you more food for your money. Now I know why the parking was empty during lunch rush. My food came out barely warm, cheese wasn’t even melted and the fries were soggy and gross.

Poor location. Went there to order lunch for everyone at my place of work. Spent close to $100. They forgot a lunch and said they would replace it when she came to pick it up. She went to go pick up the replacement meal and made her pay for it again even though she brought her receipt and the name.of the manager who took the request.. she was too embarrassed to fight and just paid again out of pocket. What a disgrace.

Horrible experience!! We go here often and usually the food is at most 4 star on the random occasion they actually cook the food correctly and put the amount of food it states in the description. Today it was HORRIFFIC. If I was with my significant other when the food was given I would have walked in and returned every bit of it. He ordered me the grilled Cobb zalad. He got himself and my 3 year old daughter the 6 piece fingerz meal. After going through the drive thru he waited over 15 minutes for the food while they served about 10 cars of people and sent them on their way. Once it finally came out he was ready to come home and eat without checking the food. Upon arriving home once the meals were opened I was shocked at how badly everything was. There meals had the smallest most over cooked pieces of chicken with bare minimum fries and burnt toast, and I’m not sure I can even call it chicken because most of it was over cooked fried pieces with soggy fries. My Cobb salad had the boiled egg, 3 bite size pieces of grilled chicken, 2 cucumbers, and a couple of tomatoes. The rest of the toppings weren’t on there and what was on there was so minimal. Not to mention the 3 small pieces of the grilled chicken were clearly undercooked. Extremely disappointed as this is a place we will go for a quick bite on a busy day. I chose to take the 3 bites of chicken I had in my salad out to avoid food poisoning. It’s about time to call the corporate office on this location. The people that have had a positive experience consider yourself lucky. We used to live in Brandon and NEVER had a bad experience with that location.
