I have been to a lot of Zaxby’s. I enjoy the food. Generally it is one of my favorite chicken eateries. This particular Zaxbys’s varies on service. Sometimes very friendly and gets order correct and not so much other times.

The drive thru is very slow. The service is slow. Everyone just takes their time. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to do one order, and it wasn’t busy. I was the only person in line. Poor customer service

This was one of the best places to eat when they first opened..They will just about pass anything out of drive thru half done and all.i went for lunch today and i had the loaded fries it was thrown together any kinda way,,the fries was just as white as they were when they took them out the back to cook them.they were soggy and just disgusting.waste of my lunch break,wasted my money.

This is the fourth time our sauces have not been put in the bag in the drive through. We spend between $30 – $50 every time we eat there. We wouldn’t order the food without the sauces or the sauces without the food. If we wanted no sauce, we would say no sauce. I specifically tell them which sauces we want and for this to happen the last four times we’ve been there is very disappointing. The reason I’m doing a review this time is because not only did I have to stop and check the bag, not only did I have to get out of the car and go inside to get the sauces again, but when I got home, there was very little sauce on my boneless wings. I love the food but I obviously want the sauce they offer or I wouldn’t order it. The customer service and no sauce outweigh the love of the food at this point. They need to pay attention to the details. I’m done. Just to be clear this is the Zaxbys in Lexington, TN.
