He is polite and made sure my order was taken correctly, repeated it back to me and resolved a potential concern i had! This is hands down the best Romeo’s location. I have ordered well over a dozen times and never had a bad pie. They put the Romeo’s in Kamm’s Corner to shame. If you are expecting Il Rione or Citizen Pie quality then you are going to be disappointed, but for what it is I’ve never had an issue.

It seems that every time I order extra toppings on my pizza, I don’t get the extra toppings. I order 3x the amount for toppings and seem I only get the normal amount. I wish you guys had an option to attach photos. I paid $4.13 for a normal amount of the toppings. ’m appalled that you charge extra for extra toppings and don’t deliver with the product… I been coming here for 13 years with my family at this location. Not only that, sometimes it’s highly disappointing when I ask for well-done bakes and get undercook bakes… (literally has happened so many times) and the wrong toppings sometimes. I’m truly fed up with the quality the last few years. I do not feel that I will be coming here any anymore.
