This Qdoba was so busy tonight and it was staffed seemingly entirely by young teenagers and they were all great and so accommodating! There was a long line but it moved quickly and my food was perfect. I’m so happy they have the tortilla soup back!

Food was great. They were cleaning a grill with chemicals on the hot plate that smoked toxic smell into the entire dining room. Thankfully they have tables outside so we were still able to enjoy our dinner.

The staff was friendly, quick and efficient in preparing the food and keeping the restaurant clean. The tortilla soup was excellent and consistent with other Qdobas, however the burrito had less meat and less flavor than other locations we’ve eaten at. Though the staff was friendly, they were also abrupt and spoke too quietly for customers to hear over the counter, so if this was our first time here, we would’ve felt rushed and unsure what they were asking us or suggesting. Since we’ve eaten here plenty of times, it wasn’t a problem for us, but watching other customers struggling to order, we’d suggest the staff slow down and speak up when suggesting options.

Thompson Homestead
We came here today at 3pm and my husband got his usual burrito. I guess now you get a teaspoon of this and a teaspoon of that and you have to get double meat to taste it plus it is so small that they can now fold the tortilla over on each side. Plus you pay more. Will find another qdoba or just get the ingredients and make my own. Just my observation. I guess it’s the management at this one. Not good!

We usually go to Chipotle but we decided to try qdoba for the first time tonight. I picked up my online order right on the time it said according to the app. The dining room was a wreck with chips smashed all over the floor and the employees just standing around. My food was not only cold but it was also wrong. We will stick to Chipotle.

The girl with pink braids working the register was extremely rude, she asked if we wanted our receipt and my boyfriend didn’t hear her and he asked her to repeat herself and she got a snarky look on her face and shoved it towards him. She was running around dancing and overall was not very friendly.

I go here for lunch. Between 11am and 1130 during the week, there is a rush with teens and often times that leads to dirty tables around noon. The food is good here but my recommendation would be to avoid the early lunch time.

Best staff and best food that you can get when it’s get it as build it your way style. With a long line out to the door im in and out in 15 min when it comes to in person service along with delivery services. 10/10 will be my regular stop when I want something speedy, fast, and good to eat.
