This was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Impromptu. It was a great experience, they are so nice and personable. Pizza was ready in half of the “wait time”. I especially liked thin crust vegetarian pie. It was tasty and flat out delicious!

Ordered the super Supreme pizza and it was a cold mess. Cheese wasn’t melted dough wasnt cooked and still raw. Vegetables were still crunchy and not cooked. I tasted the meat by itself and it was barely warm. Time to turn up the heat on those ovens.

I pointed out the pizza had very little toppings and was told the cheese is hiding them. No, I had very little toppings and the cheese bread was crusty, overcooked, and I’m not sure it wasn’t plain bread sticks instead of cheese sticks.

Sometimes the pizza is excellent but sometimes it’s not. Lately it’s past bad. Wrong ingredients. Staff not happy. 7-31-23 revisited. Pizza was lots better! Staff was courteous and kind.

Took so long for delivery I had to go and pick up our order. Over an hour. Apparently they take their phone off the hook. Tried to call multiple times and got a busy signal every time. Very disappointed.

When the new store opened everything was great. Food was good. I have ate here several times. Seems like the more I go the worse it is getting. Today my order didn’t ever have marinera sause on it. Probably won’t be going back for awhile.
