Amazing hotpot experience at this place! From the moment we walked in, every server greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. With four young kids, finding a kid-friendly hotpot restaurant can be a challenge, but this place exceeded our expectations. Our kids were treated to free meals while we waited, and the self-serve fresh fruit and dessert bar kept them entertained, giving us adults time to chat. The free gift bags with toys were a hit, and the complimentary homemade green tea ice cream at the end was the cherry on top! The seafood and meats were incredibly fresh, perfect for hotpot. I wholeheartedly give this place five stars – an unforgettable meal with the family!

The service at Haidilao is truly next level. The staff are incredibly attentive and will do anything to make your dining experience enjoyable. They will bring you water, refill your drinks, and even help you cook your food. If you have any questions, they are always happy to answer them.

I stopped by this restaurant for Hot Pot after my 10-hour journey to New York. This was amazing service and quality for hot pot. They work hard and efficient for customers. I am not used to this level of service in America, only back in Asia. The ice cream had amazing flavor and the bathrooms were next level clean. Nice sauce bar as well, love the options.

Lovely place for families of all ages! Cotton candy machine, game area, snack and tea bar. Such beautifully done and organized tables. Almost a robot like services that are impeccable and attentive. (They do have a robot) birthday parties are seen here. Prepared booster seats for toddlers. Man, details and the system they created are amazing. I did not enjoy the food as much as I’d like to however it is a great space for kids to experience the hotpot culture! You will be surprised in the bathroom which is equipped with tooth brush, deodorant, hair spray, and all that you need. Wow.

A very unique experience. This place has quality ingredients and a very clean and modern atmosphere. I guess this type of food is not for me as it didn’t taste great to me. But everyone else loves it. They even have a robot going around serving trays of food to different tables. My 5 year old had a great time chasing it around and playing with it!! Also they offered free ice cream cones for dessert which I had the blended vanilla and taro flavor (so good!!)

Best hotpot place!! Incredible service and they really pay attention to detail. The dancing noodles are fun too. This is a really great birthday place. They’re happy to plate your cake and sing and decorate for you. Really such a pleasure. Make sure to make a reservation – there’s usually a really long wait.

It’s a fun place to go eat hot pot with a show for the noodles and kids enjoy the toys and snacks up front. As hot pot goes, the sauces and the soup stock aren’t the best, although you get a good variety of appetizers including pig ears and other dishes. Overall I wasn’t really impressed by the food but the experience is something I think a lot of people may enjoy.

As usual the food was excellent and the quality high. Sometimes there are some shows. Was really disappointed with the service this time though as the waiter ignored an order for 2h and another one for 40 minutes. The place was not too crowded and I cannot really understand what happened this time. Usually the service there is really good.
