My father is a huge fan of this place and enjoys eating there often with his family. He has invited me 2 times and boths times were terrific!! They treat you so well as soon as you walk in! Ordered Ropa Vieja both times because quite frankly they did it so perfectly!! Thier newly introduced cocktails are sooooo yummy!!!! Great atmosphere and they are always playing the best latin music!! I will definitely be coming back more than once!!!!

After hurricane Ian, we found they were open, close to my house, walked in to smiles, good hot food, cold drinks and friendly service, definitely will go back

Food was amazing, portions were generous, and the whole restaurant was spotless. We tried the Tuesday lunch special of carne con papa and the fried chicken. Both were excellent. We’ll be back! Each day of the week has a different lunch special. Brush up on your spanish to help out the waitresses.

Wanted to try a new place and came here because of the high reviews. It’s true the food was decent and the portions were large, but unless your looking for carry out, I’d venture elsewhere. The service is very slow and the atmosphere is ick.

Got the order wrong. Poor communication only 1 person spoke English. No diversity at all. All they want is your money they have horrible customer service skills. The ambiance felt very 3rd worrldish. This restaurant is bottom barrel and not recommended.

I have been to this restaurant 5 times. The first two servuce has been horrendous. I ordered two paletas. Told them to have them ready three days in advance at 3 PM. Got there at three. The food was not ready until 3:35. The second time, I got there at 2 PM to get a couple of sandwiches to go. Did not come out until 2:45. Meanwhile, several people came in after me. We’re seated and orders taken before mine. Full meals served before mine. Left disgusted. It was a shame because the meals I have eaten were good. Price and quantity of food good as well. Don’t recommend the steak sandwich. Meat tougher than dried out jerky. Last three times service has been better.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Vaca frita dish that was NOT frita. A Huge serving of rice “like that would make everything better “ and tasteless back beans. Not even a sliver of “Cuban bread” with my Cuban meal. WTF…Then the pastry guava and cheese that was everything but guava and cheese. Just this old flaky cardboard that looks like they must of had under that lamp to keep warm for over a month. Not even worth a trip and or try. Never again will you be taking me for my money.

I dont know anything about Cuban food, this was my first time. Ok first thing g is, you should probably speak at least a little Spanish if you come here because our server didn’t speak English at all, luckily i have a Puerto Rican friend who ordered for me. Try the Cuban coffee…but you won’t sleep for 18 hours after. The Empanadas de Carne was tasty, the Rooa Viejas was good, the black beans were good, the sweet plantains and the tomatoes were also good.
