I think this is my 4th time ordering an online order from Palmer Papa Murphys. The associates are always very professional and friendly. This order, I had called the store as I wasn’t sure what the specifics were for the Tuesday promotion as the promo text message indicated one thing and the website indicated another. The associate I spoke to was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food is always excellent, fresh, and the promotions are good. I will be back.

Wow, the gluten free crust is amazing! So glad they have this option. I love pizza, and theirs is, by far, the best pizza. I love that they are take and bake, and you can watch them make it if you want to. I don’t think anywhere else stuffs the whole pizza either! They complete orders within 30 minutes. Plus, there are so many opportunities to get a discount on the pizza, just complete the review via the phone call within 24 hours of your purchase and you get free/discounted pizza.

I ordered a pizza over the phone since it was a special order, and they told me it would be 15-20mins. I showed up 20 mins later to find that the order slip was set aside waiting for me to show up an pay. They didn’t want to make it until they were paid for it, so I sat there for another 20mins while they proceeded to make it. When I finally got it they forgot to dress the top with any cheese. Last time I’ll shop at the Palmer store…next time I’ll just order out of Wasilla
