My wife and I found this restaurant through google and didn’t realize it was not too far from our home. I got the seafood platter #1 and she had the whiting and both meals came with two sides. The sides were mixed greens and Mac & cheese. Everything was great and seasoned perfectly and flavorful. The lemon pound cake was fluffy and just perfect IMO. Kristen was great and I don’t know the other young lady’s name but she was also great. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful as well. This is definitely going to be one of my go to spots. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant that welcomes good vibes only then this is it.

Stopped in this little cozy down to earth spot today…and OMG… amazing !!! I had the seafood platter with mixed greens and potatoe salad. It was very flavorful and a large portion an the crab cake was bigger than my palm. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

I love good food and love good people even more, Soul Sistas has both. Went in to grab lunch because it was close to home and we absolutely enjoyed everything. Seafood egg rolls. Jesus Christ. Greens. Lord Have Mercy they didn’t even make it out the restaurant. We had the mac n cheese, catfish, crabcake and German chocolate cake at home and it was all soo good. Tastes like home and the price points are extremely generous for the amount of deliciousness you get. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you ladies that we meet today! We’ll definitely be back.

Just wanted to say the Omelete-no cheese on Sunday was great. Great service. The steak and cheese was also great. The young girl actually brought my food out to my car. And the owner “I think” made my food with love this last Sunday. I will come back again. Black business near me for the win!

Soul Sistas is a top notch soul food restaurant. I’ve dined in and did take out. My food was very delicious and the customer service was outstanding both times. I purchased the crabcake dinner for my boss and he absolutely loved it. I will be back soon!!

I’m not one to post pictures of food, but if the food had survived till this review I would have blessed it with a photo. The lady and I got the pancake platter and Monster Cheese steak respectively. Bruh, we’re both in a food coma. It’s was damn good! Already trying to plot our return. So much delicious food for your buck. Highly recommend to anyone who’s even slightly curious. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed… Lastly, I believe a business’ worth is best measured when things go wrong than when everything goes right. A couple of items were forgotten from our order. We called in, and by the time we returned to the store the items were ready. We all make mistakes, and thus we own them and improve. That’s exactly what we received. Thank you! Can’t wait to return…

While I wanted so badly to love this food, it looked amazing but had no flavor at all. I ordered the wings entree with Mac and cheese and yams and nothing had favor. The texture was great but it taste like they forgot to season the food. Waste of money unfortunately.

Food was below average for breakfast soul food. The cheese grits were grainy and undercooked, as were my eggs undercooked. Perhaps it was attempt at soft scrambled. My husband said his pancakes were like box mix (plain) no buttermilk or anything special. Our server was sweet and made up in service. It wasn’t the worst but certainly was not the best. I wouldn’t go again.
