You can see when an establishment like this starts to decline and I’m afraid this place has started a slow descent. The service and attention to customers and details has certainly slipped. Servers Are making time and enjoying themselves at the expense of good customer service. The draft lines to all the kegs are messed up and the beer tastes sweet and tainted and it doesn’t seem they’re in a very big hurry to fix the issue, so no more draft beer for a while. This has been a good place traditionally and I hope they pull up out of the slow nose dive. Their food has been good and they serve till late most every night, so it’s a good place to grab a bite and most other places aren’t serving. I’m holding out hope for GB’s.

We went early in the evening. There were a few other tables there when we arrived and a few more before we left. Our Server was friendly and efficient. Our drinks were topped off efficiently and she checked back just perfectly often enough to make sure we didn’t need anything, and if we did she got it promptly, not 10 minutes later. Prices and portions were also very nice!

We have been here a few times. Last couple of times it seems the wheels are coming off. What we have learned. Don’t go an hour before shift change. We figure must be around 5pm. The outgoing waitress will ignore you until the replacement goes on. Yes waited 40 minutes to place our order for dinner. Today we went for Saturday lunch. I waitress/bartender in the place. Must be a new cook. The pretzel balls were over cooked and cheese was hard. Ordered black and blue burger as I have before. It was inedible. Nobody to complain to. Paid bill. (Left money on table) never to return. Guess it was fun while it lasted.

Good food, fast, friendly service, nice atmosphere. Met a friend for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The only employee we saw was the bartender, yet she provided good service to our table and was prompt. We were surprised at how quickly our food was served, and it was delicious. Will definitely return.

We were there Friday and they were packed. Only 2 bartenders so service was a bit slow. There was a fight which was stopped very quickly so shout out to security staff great job. Friendly atmosphere very mixed crowd good music dj was great. We did order food we wanted it to go however it was never boxed up they had to refund half of the order.

I’ve been here many times for lunch or dinner and the food was great and service was wonderful. At NIGHT is a different story. I stood at the bar patiently for 20 minutes, and the only reason I was even acknowledged was because I commented to the person sitting next to me (also waiting patiently for 20 mins) that the bartenders were only serving the belligerent customers yelling their orders at them. Absolutely will not be back. ❤️
